Joint Statement Urges Government Not To Reintroduce Employment Tribunal Fees

A group of 48 organisations have signed a joint statement urging the Government not to reintoduce employment tribunal fees. Back on the 29th January 2024, the Government launched a consultation on its proposal to reintroduce employment tribunal fees. The group who have signed the joint statement includes the TUC and the CAB. The group argue that employment tribunal fees would “deter many from lodging worthy claims and gives a green light to bad employers to exploit their workers“.
